Student Results
Growth you can read in a number.
Every result below is measured — not estimated, not felt. Lexile scores before and after the ELA Program. Real students. Real data. Names withheld by design.
187points
average Lexile gain across all students
1.2grade levels
average growth in 16 weeks
94%
of students improved at least one full grade level
How we measure.
Before the first session, every student receives a Lexile baseline assessment and a 6+1 Trait writing snapshot. At week 8 we check trajectory. At week 16 we remeasure. The difference is the result.
Long-Arc Proof
What 16-week cycles compound into.
A Canadian student started DODO at age 10. Three years later, at age 13, they sat the SSAT.

95percentile
SSAT Writing
Per-cycle Lexile and 6+1 Trait deltas (below) are the proximate measure. SSAT percentiles are what those deltas compound into across three years of consistent enrollment.

6+1 Trait Writing Growth
Writing scores move because thinking moves.
The 6+1 Trait framework measures writing across seven dimensions — the same rubric used in Canadian and US classrooms. Entry and exit scores are assessed by the Navigator.
Why the numbers move
Lexile growth is a byproduct of cognitive training.
Students do not improve their Lexile score by practising Lexile tests. They improve by thinking more precisely — in both languages. The Loop is what causes the movement. The Loop is grounded in the MCT Language Arts tradition and Harvard Project Zero's Visible Thinking routines, delivered one-on-one by a Navigator with a degree from a world top-50 university.
